Digital Trust & Brand Signals

Business trust diagram checking ABN, licence, address, contact details and review consistency.

Digital trust signals are the accumulated public proof — ABN, licences, physical address, consistent contact details and customer reviews — that shows you're a genuine, active business.

What to display, and where

Put these in your footer or on a dedicated /about page:

  • ABN — 11 digits, the identifier that ties your records together
  • Trade licence numbers — with the issuing state body
  • Physical address — or at minimum suburb, state and postcode
  • Phone and email — matching every other listing
  • Insurance details — where relevant to your trade

None of this is decorative. These are the details a customer checks before handing over money, and they're the details that let anyone verify you're real.
